The calculator on the portal now works out indicative housing affordability from new data on prices and incomes across the region's districts.
New data in the calculator
The calculator on the portal now works with housing prices and average incomes for 2025. The estimated monthly repayment and the suggested grant amount therefore better reflect the situation in each district of the region.

You can try it in the Housing for Life calculator. The result is indicative only; the assessment committee decides on grants according to the methodology.
