Housing, all in one place
The Housing Portal is an information hub run by the Housing Department of Vltava Region. Here you will find announced grant programmes, current methodologies and forms to download, a housing affordability calculator, and an advice centre that answers enquiries within five working days.
The portal is intended for municipalities and their organisations, housing cooperatives and owners' associations, as well as households arranging their own housing. Content is managed by the department's editors, and publication is approved by the content approver – so for every document you can see the current version and its effective date.

Housing affordability calculator now uses 2025 data
The calculator on the portal now works out indicative housing affordability from new data on prices and incomes across the region's districts.

Who can apply for a grant?
Grants are open to municipalities and their organisations, housing cooperatives, owners' associations, and households arranging their own housing. Conditions vary by programme – see Documents and Methodologies.
Where do I find the current version of a methodology?
In the Documents and Methodologies section. Each document shows its current version and effective date, so you always know you are working with the right one.
How reliable is the calculator's result?
The calculator gives only an indicative estimate of the monthly repayment, required income and possible support. The result does not replace an assessment of an actual application.
How long does the advice centre take to reply?
We reply to enquiries submitted through the Housing Advice Centre form within five working days; you get an email confirmation as soon as you submit it.
How do I find out about new calls or rule changes?
Follow News – the newest items are always at the top, and every published call also shows its application deadline.
